Check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00. Early check in and late check out are possible depending on availability, and may carry an extra fee. Write to us before you travel and we will try to arrange it.

Yes. A refundable damage deposit of US$200 is taken on arrival by credit card and released in full within 7 days after check out, once the room has been inspected.

Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.

No. Nomu is strictly non smoking in every room and common area.

Yes. Bookings of more than six rooms may carry special conditions or additional charges, so write to reservations@luminastays.com and we will put a proposal together.

Mexico City International Airport is roughly 25 to 45 minutes by car depending on traffic. Send us your flight details and we can arrange a driver to meet you.
